The Russell Wilson Passing Academy (RWPA) started with Russell Wilson when he was in high school. He and his best friend, Scott Pickett, wanted to give back to the community of Richmond, VA and the two have continued their work ever since.

Over the years, the RWPA has seen roughly 10,000 kids learn the basics of football and leadership from Russell himself. The RWPA team has traveled thousands of miles, to several states and multiple countries to give kids the opportunity to play football with Russell and hear him speak about what has set him apart throughout his career. This has been a long running tradition, and Russell hopes to keep hosting camps throughout his career and beyond, bringing football to youth across the country.
